Get to Know Me
I have always believed in the power of understanding. For the past 16 years, I have worked with neurodivergent children, ages 2 to 13, across Europe and the Middle East. But just as meaningful has been supporting their parents, helping them navigate the shock of a new reality, grieve the dreams they once pictured, and find ways to see their child through a kinder lens. We worked together on strategies that were not only practical, but rooted in compassion and acceptance.
That experience shaped what BeChrysalis is about. I haven’t lived through trauma or loss myself, but I’ve spent years listening to those who have, learning from them, and trying to understand how pain changes us. This space grew from that curiosity. It’s not about advice or fixing, it’s about offering understanding, clarity, and a bit of calm for anyone trying to make sense of what they feel. I’m not a licensed therapist yet, just someone who cares deeply about mental health, emotional safety, and the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up.
If you’re here because you’re curious, searching, or simply need a soft place to land, you’re in the right place.
