Hi, I’m the person behind BeChrysalis. I created this blog as a space for those navigating the aftermath of trauma, violence, or deep emotional loss—because I believe in the power of understanding our experiences to begin healing.
This site isn’t therapy, and I don’t offer clinical advice. What I do offer is a place for learning and reflection—where difficult experiences can be named, explored, and held with care.
Through blog posts and thoughtfully gathered resources, my hope is to make information about trauma and emotional wellbeing accessible, compassionate, and empowering.
